Shipping

We use flat rate shipping in Canada and to most locations in the 48 contiguous states and D.C. Curently using CanadaPost and USPS for our shipments.

We will notify you of actual shipping charges for locations that are outside of Canada and the 48 contiguous states before we ship your order.

We currently ship from Windsor Ontario Canada.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all customs, tariffs, taxes and duties that apply to a shipment.

Refunds & Returns

Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase date. Goods must be in new condition, with the original packaging if any and unused. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on refunds for returned goods. A copy of your receipt is required. Please email or phone our Gwytech Systems Inc. at 313-459-0254 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. We cannot accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number.

We will reimburse for reasonable return shipping costs if we made a mistake filling or shipping the order, otherwise the customer pays the return shipping fees. Please insure the return shipment. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.
